Cambridge News "Learning How to Relax" "Children's lives are very hectic these days with school, homework, extra lessons and sporting activities to fit in. Practising YogaBugs can bring enormous benefits to them". A Nurseries View “The children have really enjoyed Yoga’d Up and some of those that participated do not take part in any other sport related clubs so it is excellent. We would definitely like to continue this club next year for years 3 and 4. Thank you!” A YogaBugs teachers View "A BIG thank you for opening my eyes to YogaBugs! I already know that YogaBugs is going to be a huge part of my life and the children it will touch as a result! Even though we have never met, I am certain that we will have a long and fascinating future and am inspired by all you have already accomplished and look forward to expanding YogaBugs profile and importance on your behalf and on behalf of the children of Ireland". The View of a Franchisee, YogaBugs Central West Hertfordshire "We decided to take on YogaBugs after Matt who works as an adult yoga teacher found he was often being asked by the adults in his classes where they could bring their kids to classes, and we realised that there was a missing provision in our year. I’ve always enjoyed working with children, with their limitless beliefs. After taking up a personal practice in yoga and realising all the benefits it offers for both mind and body, it was a natural progression for me to bring yoga to children. We chose YogaBugs as we saw the importance of joining forces with a recognised brand which schools and nurseries could trust. YogaBugs offers a strong support network for those who are unsure how to find their footing starting up a new business. The training provided us with a great spring board from which to launch ourselves confidently into the red tape industry that is working with children". A Parents View "Daniel really enjoyed his time with YogaBugs. Daniel has Autism and he coped with the classes very well and participated happily. He understood the instructions given and he looked forward to his Tuesday class with you. The whole program helped with his balance, concentration and listening skills and I was delighted that he showed me some of the positions that he was learning and told me what they were called. This was very special to us as parents who have a child with ASD. I was also pleased to see that it was offered to the Kingfisher Unit at Livingstone School as well as mainstream. The children in Kingfisher, including Daniel, all seem to have benefited in some way. It was a wonderful opportunity for Daniel to be able to take part in the classes. He was lucky enough to do them in the mainstream and the unit. When I watched Daniel and the other children taking part they all seemed to respond so positively to this very calming and positive class where there was no pressure put on the children to perform exercises that they may have found difficult. I hope that it will be possible for this to become a regular fixture for all our children at Livingstone School as I would be very happy for Daniel to continue with the classes. I think with all the problems that our children seem to be facing in this day and age, it would only be beneficial if YogaBugs and Yoga in general was something that could be offered to them in schools nationwide". The Independent "The appeal of Yoga stretches to Britain's stressed-out children", September 2006 Georgie Wolfinden, a wellbeing expert comments "Children are more stressed than before and have forgotten the importance of play. Yoga gives them some space to be calm and creative and just be kids again". Emma Hadley, Head Teacher, Halton Holegate C of E Primary "I feel yoga in school has been a really unique, positive and worthwhile experience. I feel it has enhanced the curriculum and I would not hesitate to repeat the programme in the future". The Daily Telegraph "Bitten by the YogaBug" The boys get plenty of exercise at school; swimming, football and gym. But this is different because it is not competitive or aggressivem yet it's still physically demanding". Jason Sloan – Dad to Twin Boys aged 3 Adrienne my wife practices yoga and she bought your Yoga Bugs DVD for our twin boys aged 2 1/2. They are allways watching it. Many thanks for the peace and quiet you bring to our house on a regular basis. It is a much needed and welcome rest from the many Singing kettle DVD's the boys also enjoy.
It's great the boys are exercising and using their imagination with your DVD. They know all the positions / movements. My wife mentions yoga bugs to all her Twin Mum friends and I'm certain she's given you a few more sales. Thank you once again for an excellent product.
