Change4life is a public health programme oragnised by the Department of Health to encourage people in Britain to lead healthier lives, by exercising more and eating better.
Children need to be doing a minimum of 60-minutes of exercise each day to burn calories and prevent them from storing excess fat in their body, which can lead to cancer, type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
