Note places must be pre-booked only. These sessions will be postponed until September. School Sessions Every Thursday at Notre Dame Preparatory School (NDPS Pupils only) YogaBugs sessions to commence in September at several other Norwich Schools - further details will be confirmed nearer the time. About the Regional Manager
Hi, my name is Mary-Ann and I will be launching the YogaBug out into the Norwich community for the ultimate benefit of every child between the ages of 2.5 - 7 years old. I am a qualified Montessori teacher, previously taught in Notting Hill, London and a mother of two children, 8 years and 6 years old. I have been practising yoga for several years and practice at home with my children on a regular basis. The benefits of yoga for children of all ages is astounding and, if even more important, is the fun that the children have. All sessions are story based and the children can let their imagination go wild - a great excuse for me to pretend that I am a mermaid under the ocean too!
