Yoga Bugs is delighted to announce that Janet Walter will be running their franchise for the Notting Hill and Bayswater areas (W11 and W2). 

 With a huge amount of childcare experience behind her, Janet brings a completely original approach to bringing out the best in children.  The power of the imagination and the enthusiasm in every child are the foundation behind her perennially well-attended holiday camps. Janet believes in getting the children into the heart of whatever they are doing and fully engaging them in the vibrant and vivacious process of learning and having fun. 

Janet has also been teaching yoga to children for three years, gaining the YogaBugs certificate in 2007, as well as holding a First Aid children's Certificate, being Montessori qualified and having the experience of running her own nursery schools in the past.

 She is passionate about the role yoga can play in a child's development, and how a multi-disciplined approach beautifully compliments the spiritual, educational and physical parts of children.  Through breathing exercises, relaxation, storytelling and visualization, a child will benefit enormously in everything from literacy to emotional health.

   Janet teaches at Children’s Centres, Nursery Schools and in private venues in the area and is looking to set up more classes in the W11 and W2 area.
