About the Regional Manager

Hi, I am Vijyeta and based in West London.

I came to UK around 7 years ago and worked in very demanding insurance sector as Internet Marketer for what now seems to be a very long time and then, most beautiful change happened to our lives (me and my husband) - we had our first child, Anisha. Being at home on maternity leave gave me time to re-think and re-organise my priorities ...and then second best thing happened, one day I found myself in a YogaBugs class !! It was truely amazing, a child's imagination at that age knows no boundry and watching them use their imaginations, voice their feelings and watching kids imagining themselves as heroes of their story is truely enchanting.

YogaBugs is helping us lay happier healthier foundations for next generation. 

YogaBugs classes are physically beneficial and enriching experience, I would suggest coming to attend one of our classes in your area and feel it yourself.

Our birthday parties are guaranteed fun and can be tailored to suit your requirement.

A typical YogaBugs party will have below format -

Intro: some music, dancing, singing to get everyone in the mood

Warm up exercises to prepare us for our adventure!

The Story: over 400 stories available so we are sure to find one that will leave a everlasting memory in your child's heart.

Relaxation time: learning the art of stillness (if only for a minute)!

Drawing/colouring 

Above layout will and can be altered to suite your child's age or liking.
