We have recently launched the YogaBugs Impact & Change Programme and we are offering it to schools and nurseries across the UK.
The programme has been devised to improve children’s emotional, physical and social development and it will run in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1.
A survey by Mumsnet in October last year found that the pre-school age group were the most stressed of all children. Credit crunch, job losses, families splitting up and new learning environments have made children feel unsettled and uncertain.
At YogaBugs we are determined to help support children, through a programme of early intervention and change by bringing them a daily opportunity to enjoy breathing, relaxation and visualization techniques and a weekly yoga class which they can share with friends and family. If you would like to find out more information about the programme or if you would like your school/nursery to participate please contact Head Office 0121 77 77792 / info@yogabugs.com

BBC bitten by the YogaBug!
The BBC have just launched what is predicted to be one of the most successful children’s programmes in their history. That programme is called Waybuloo, and in it, the characters (piplings) practice yoga (or yogo as they call it).
