Try Some YogaBugs At Home...

Having fun at home!  

If you would like to make 2010 the year that you and your family relax and spend more quality time together, we have come up with an activity that you can do at home, whether it is a one off experience or you make this part of your daily life, we guarantee you’ll have a lot of fun trying!  

Yoga for children has been around for sometime now. We introduce children to YogaBugs from 2 ½ to 7 years through breathing exercises, postures, relaxation & visualisations techniques through fun story telling.  They can be pirates on ocean adventures saving treasures, or astronauts sent to outer space to find a lost cyber man! The sillier, funnier and crazier the story, the more the kids will engage and get involved – they don’t even realise they are exercising!  

Whilst you are having all this fun, you will be exercising their little bodies, helping maintain flexibility and tone the core stabilising muscles of the abdomen. The breathing exercises will help energize them, at the same time increase their general concentration and awareness to their surroundings, and top it all off with a 3 to 4 minute relaxation technique, which will still their busy little minds and introduce them to some positive affirmations, therefore building confidence and self esteem.
